Company structure
The Sea Ranger Foundation was established in August 2016 to develop the Sea Ranger Service. It has full ownership of the Sea Ranger Holding and underlying business entities. The Sea Ranger Foundation is responsible for the overall development and communications by the Sea Ranger Service.
Tax exemption status
The Sea Ranger Foundation is based in The Netherlands and has been issued with an ANBI tax exemption status by the Dutch tax agency. Learn more about the status here.
